Welcome to ALFA, a coin that is designed to bring utility back to the space, and to be the first to bridge the gap across communities and ideas. Every day, for the next week, a new mirror article will be released with more details describing ALFA, the extensive utilities that the coin will offer, and more. [Article 1/7] The Idea? The core utility of $ALFA and the utility that will be the primary value (for the time being) of the coin will be the fractionalization and combination of exclusive and closed-off alpha-driven communities. These communities allow for a select group of individuals to be able to capitalize on and monetize early profitable situations such as NFT mints and whitelists, unknown and obscure trading and arbitrage strategies, sector rotations, etc. The Problem? Unfortunately, the only entry point to these communities is often the purchasing and holding of an expensive NFT that not only eliminates the entry of lower networth participants, but also locks liquidity perpetually, with the participant’s liquidity only returning if they resolve to leave the community- this creates a circular problem in downward and uncertain market conditions where both liquidity preservation and the need for alpha have equal weighting. If the entry NFT trends down in value, the user must be able to offset those losses with the value gained from the exclusive community, which could potentially be -EV for the user if the opportunities required aren’t present in that select community. The Solution? By being the first protocol to fractionalizes and combines the extensive amount of these communities, uses will be able to gain access to the differentiating alpha across several sectors of the cryptocurrency industry from sector leaders and think-tanks, all at a fraction of what it would originally cost for entry to a singular community, and with less of a liquidity necessity. Simply put, we will be the first to bridge the gap between the token-based crypto community and the NFT-based crypto community. Instead of bridging assets, we bridge communities, ideas, and cold, hard, alpha.
