**Purpose**: Replacing LLCs with DAOs in Emerging Markets. Insted of making your next company an LLC, make it a DAO.

**Problem**: Setting up a DAO is complicated, requiring multiple steps and navigating through an expereince that isn't intutitive

**Solution**: Allows you to set up a DAO within 90 seconds, by managing all the admin (mainly legal and governance) and simplifying the process

*   DAOs are sexy! They are super on-trend
    

**Risks**:

*   The main existential thread is that DAOs as a concept don't fully take off (I'm betting they do)
