The system comprises a block header relay network and an updater contract.The block header relay network retrieves block headers from the sender chain, creates proofs that demonstrate the legitimacy of these headers, and forwards the headers, along with the proofs, to the updater contract that operates on the receiver chain.The updater contract maintains a light-client state and adds sender chain block headers automatically when their associated proofs have been authenticated.
