1.准备测试代币

切换到Goerli测试网

stETH：把Goerli ETH发送到0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F，得到stETH测试币

rETH：通过[https://testnet.rocketpool.net](https://t.co/OlVPkfR6PH) 质押Goerli ETH，得到rETH测试币，但是这里质押额度已经用完了，只能在uni上交易获得reth，不过这个汇率，狗看了都摇头

在Metamask添加代币

stETH：0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F

2.在官网进行两个代币的质押
