# Weights for staked tokens

NAB is minted by staking certain tokens. Each token has a weight that determines the size of reward per staked token. The formula can be improved to be more transparent and dynamic

The weight formula can be something like:  
1\. A base weight is set in proportion to tokens in circulation. (More in circulation, less weight)  
2\. A multiplier based on how much yield the token is generating. (More yield, more used to burn $NAB)

Different staked tokens have different 'weights'. Higher weights mean more rewards per token.  
  
In Feb, after we UNLOCK Mithril, staked tokens that have yield will get the highest reward.  
  
Yield will be used to buy and burn $NAB in circulation
