# One day I realized something real simple

Things get done only when you do ‘em. That’s it. Simple and effective.

I’ve run into more than a few problems that felt like hitting a brick wall. No light at the end, no lucky guess. Just dead ends one after another. You try a dozen ways and all of ‘em break. But if you just keep going — keep pushing — the problem gives in. Sooner or later, it breaks.

Funny thing is, dreams work the same way. And no, it ain’t because my dreams are small or my problems are easy. Digging through legacy code or chasing down ancient bugs sure ain’t simple.

I’ll get around to talkin’ about dreams some other time. Right now, I’m just showin’ up, movin’ forward, keepin’ track — and enjoyin’ the ride.
