# Gemini 联创：已成立债权人委员会，退还资金是 Gemini 的首要任务

12月6日消息，加密交易所 Gemini 总裁兼首席执行官 Cameron Winklevoss 在社交媒体上称，2022 年 12 月 3 日，Gemini 已针对 Earn 业务与其他债权人组成了一个债权人委员会，将组织协调、共同解决问题。此外，Cameron Winklevoss 表示：“归还客户的资金是我们的首要任务，我们正以最紧迫的方式运作。” 此前报道，Genesis 欠 Gemini 客户 9 亿美元。据知情人士透露，Gemini 正在尝试收回资金。另有知情人士表示，Gemini 已经成立债权人委员会，以收回来自 Genesis 及其母公司 DCG 的资金。
