My cellphone steals my attention.

I wish I didn't "need" it.

Reduce my screen-time.

Cellphones are super useful. They connect us. They feed us information. (The internet is a utility, like gas and electric.)

But they are dangerous thieves.

Without proper awareness and discipline, cellphones rob time.

I wish my cellphone didn't tempt me.
