**_Prologue_**

[Mime](https://twitter.com/mimeparis), the French artist based in Paris, finds in paper the medium to explore the ancient and the human.

Through his collage art, he takes us on a journey through Egyptian aesthetics, antiquity, and architecture, merging the universal and eternal identity of ancient civilizations with our contemporary human experiences.

**Dialogue**

➩How would you describe your art using just three words?

_Paper, Ancient & Human._

➩Could you outline your usual creative process?

_I try to find very old second-hand books with perfect printing conservation, then I cut their interesting visuals to use in my paper collages or paper performances. I always want to keep a use/a contact with the paper in my artworks. Paper has, in my opinion, a special grain that is inimitable._

➩What key advice would you give to someone starting in crypto art?

_Starting small, thinking first to build a community, meet & discover new talents, selling comes after all of this (in my opinion). As crypto art should be an extension of your original artist journey._

➩What are your plans for the short, medium, and long term?

_Short term: I want to grow my community more._

_Medium term: I want to be exhibited in art galleries as a solo show with physical and digital works._

_Long term: I want to be recognized as an institutional artist and make a living with my art._

➩Who has been your greatest artistic influence or inspiration?

_Jesse Draxler & Isabel Reitemeyer._

➩As an individual, what is your most profound aspiration?

_As I live for making art, I want my art to make people dream, entertain, and think. I want it to be accessible to a wide audience. I want it to be not so complicated to understand._

➩If you could ask one question to a specific artist on SuperRare, who would it be and what would you ask?

[_Sasha Katz._](https://twitter.com/wonderkatzi) _What is your main inspiration, and what is your art process? Love your art so much._

**Epilogue**

Mime leaves us contemplating a visual narrative that is a testament to the human condition: imperfect, flawed, forgivable. Inspired by ancient civilizations and moved by contemporary experiences, Mime aspires to unite these worlds through his collages.

With a vision that seeks to transcend time and be accessible to a wide audience, Mime pursues institutional recognition and sustainable success through his art, leaving a trail of dreams, entertainment, and reflection in his wake.
