The most difficult ask of any investor is of finding the best stock that can give him multifold returns within a period of 1–2 years or more than that if one has patience to stick to the stock for some period.

We already seen many multibaggers like EICHER MOTORS, MRF, BAJAJ FINSER AND BAJAJ FINANCE, INFOSYS, TCS, etc. If 10 years ago someone have invested only 10000 in any of the stock than on today he/she will be a CROREPATI.

There are many criteria for finding multibagger. If we go through it then are whole day would be ruined. So I’m telling you the key points to remember while searching for the next multibagger.

Also I’m not suggesting Adani Green as a mutli bagger because it’s fully a pump and dump scheme.

*   _Strong and Good management._
    
*   _Fair promoter holding._
    
*   _Healthy earnings growth._
    
*   _Business with hight margings._
    
*   _Company with enough internal cash flow so it can come up with new products._
    
*   _Good future growth potential._
