Hey, mirror.

I’ve been really enjoying watching so many creators, thinkers and builders dive into web3 and are in community without feeling like they have to prove something.

**Just a few stream of thoughts:**

*   The concept of co-creation in the community is so crucial and resonates with me.
    
*   I’d love to see examples of co-design done well vs. done not so well.
    
*   I wonder what will be the future of using discords for community communication and engagement?
    
*   I wonder what levels of accessibility is being thought through in different communities and use cases?
    
*   As brands are trying to navigate web3- what do we want to see happen? what do we not want to see happen?
    
*   How will this impact the future of collective organizing?
    
*   What journeys can we create and foster that threads in NFTs and tokens, but without focusing too much on the technology? (to allow more people to enter the space)
    
*   I haven’t seen much mentioned about the disability community in web3, I wonder if I’m just not looking hard enough or if access still isn’t there.
