### **Guiding Principles**

Arrowheads pursue ambitious creative projects—projects that begin as ideas, and grow through consistent work, community support, and a shared belief.

We're building **crowdfunding mechanisms** tailored for creative builders. At the core: **anti-rug protections** that support both **backers** and **new creators**.

You might think anti-rug mechanics are just for protecting backers. But they're also creator-friendly—especially for new builders. They make it possible to get funded not by clout or reputation, but on the strength of your **vision** and your ability to **ship**.

Arrowheads are a community of creators working on their own projects, but aligned by a shared token: **$ARROW**.

### **The Challenge We're Facing**

We’re looking for **serious creators**—those who want to build something ambitious, and stick with it long enough to bring it to life.

There’s plenty of noise in Web3. Arrowheads are about supporting creative projects in stages, with real accountability, helping them take real creative leaps.

### **Mini-App Development**

There’s several early visions of the Arrowhead mini-app being developed—check out the [/lum-protocol](https://farcaster.xyz/~/channel/lum-protocol) channel on Farcaster to see some of the early vibe-coded prototypes and community feedback.

[My latest mock-up](https://arrowheads-timer.lovable.app/) focuses on **time-based deliverables**:
Projects raise funds through an initial mint, then unlock more based on progress. Be sure to check out the [dashboard page](https://arrowheads-timer.lovable.app/dashboard) as well.

Eventually, the plan is to build a **full suite of tools** to help creative builders move from idea to prototype to launch—and beyond.

I'm looking for someone (or a team) to really **own this/these app(s)**. Ideally someone who wants to take this further: expanding it for different use cases, evolving it into a full-fledged product or even a standalone business.

### **Strategic Near-Term Moves**

Here’s how we can keep it focused early on:

#### **1\. Small Cohort of Founding Projects**

Limit posting in the /arrow channel, for the time being, to a handful of promising creators who have submitted projects and earned attention. This keeps things high-signal, while giving each project room to grow.

#### **2\. Small Weekly ETH Pools for Progress Updates**

Each week, a round of small ETH rewards (e.g., 0.011) will go to creators who share public updates on what they’re working on.

#### **3\. Build Clear Path to Deliverables**

*   Share your idea

*   Get feedback

*   Improve

* Launch an initial mint with refund options

*   Deliver on your promises

Every step builds trust—between creator and backer, between community and project.

#### **4\. Opening Up Later**

Once the first cohort has successfully launched mints through Arrowheads, they’ll form a kind of founding group—creators who’ve shipped.

They’ll help **curate and vote** on the next wave of projects to join.

If you’re building something ambitious—and you’re serious about delivering (or want to support those who are)—Arrow might be for you.

Let’s build the future of crowdfunding creativity, one project at a time.

### **Weekly Feedback Round**

If you’ve read this far—thank you.
This week’s rewards will be based solely on feedback.

**How to participate:**

* Cast your thoughts in a single thread (just reply to yourself).

* Share feedback on any of the ideas above: mechanics, goals, vision.

* I (naaate) will be the only one voting, and will try to read every thread fully (please don’t tag me).

Only the most thoughtful, community-oriented feedback will receive rewards.
