Because BONKDAO required only a ~1% quorum of the total supply to pass votes, and because voter turnout was critically low - **only about 7 wallets voted out of over 18,000 eligible holders -** the attacker easily dominated the ballot. BIP-76 passed with a staggering 99.9% "yes" vote. The proposal executed automatically, draining the treasury.
