一進入11月有種恩寵，或感恩，或意識到這是上師的月份。 2017, 18,19年連續三年都到日本參加上師的生日慶典。 從上師那學習教導，一點一滴地改變自己的身體與生活。 只有『那』存在，沒有出生沒有死亡，在你之中在我之中。 一週後就是我們的老師 Shri Mahayogi的生日。
