If the three Core Units gets offboarded, I will do three things:

1.  try to figure out what they “did wrong”
    
2.  Assess the process of making tough decisions in a DAO with proposals, voting, unofficial meetings (I do not yet know if there were any of those), how the stakeholders initially were faced with this sad proposal, why Ippy and CodeKnight are the ones putting the proposals forward, etc.
    
3.  Try to see if the contributors are interested in having an e-meeting with me to discuss the situation and the process
    
4.  Start up a DeFi and DAO alumni network.
    

I also believe MakerDAO should have a net positive income. I have no knowledge of the team nor the performance of the three targeted Core Units. It is the offboarding process and the decision-making up to that point, I am very interested in.
