Why did [@base](https://twitter.com/base) measured Throughput drop? Is scaling over?  
  
Nope - we are learning and iterating. A new vocab for most: Elasticity.  
  
So far, Base slowly increased its gas limit, week after week, while keeping the gas target at 50% of the gas limit -> 2x Elasticity
