**Background: POL and Liquid BGT**
----------------------------------

In the POL system, users earn BGT by staking LP tokens (e.g., iBGT‑wBERA) directly into Berahub. Although BGT can be converted 1:1 into $BERA, it isn’t transferable—so the only way to acquire BGT is through LP farming. To add flexibility and liquidity, several BGT derivatives have emerged:

*   **iBGT (Infrared):** Stake your LP tokens in Infrared and earn iBGT instead of raw BGT.
    
*   **LBGT (BeraPaw):** Stake LP tokens in Berahub, then deposit the earned BGT into BeraPaw to mint LBGT.
    
*   **yBGT (Bearn):** Operates like iBGT but on the Bearn platform, earning yBGT.
    

Each derivative trades at a premium over base BGT, reflecting its market price. Since all rewards originate as BGT emissions, the derivative with the highest premium delivers the greatest effective return.

This proliferation of options creates complexity: you must constantly monitor APRs across Infrared, Berahub, and Bearn and rebalance your position to capture the best yield. For example, if LBGT’s premium is highest, Berancia will allocate any given LP pair (iBGT‑wBERA, LBGT‑wBERA, OHM‑HONEY, etc.) into Berahub to farm and compound LBGT, ensuring you always benefit from the top‑yielding staking destination.

**What is Berancia**

Berancia is a BGT‑optimizing protocol on Berachain that delivers the highest yield opportunities in the POL game through its aggregated vaults. Instead of scouring for the best APR and manually staking or unstaking LP tokens, you simply deposit your liquidity into Berancia. From there, Berancia handles:

*   **Reward Optimization:** Automatically directs your liquidity to the staking platform (Infrared, Berahub, or Bearn) offering the highest APR for that specific LP pair (e.g., iBGT‑wBERA, LBGT‑wBERA, OHM‑HONEY).
    
*   **Auto‑Compounding:** Compounds your accrued Liquid BGT rewards directly within the vault.
    
*   **Dynamic Rebalancing:** Continuously monitors APRs and rebalances stakes daily to capture the best returns.

**Beta Launch: Three Optimizer Products**

At launch, we will roll out three optimizer products on Kodiak. Each is dedicated to a single LP pair but can earn any (Liquid) BGT, depending on which has the highest APR:

Each product constantly evaluates reward APR and pool liquidity to maximize whichever token delivers the highest return.

### Weekly Epochs

For the beta launch, it runs on an weekly epoch system. Berancia follows a fixed **weekly epoch** schedule:

*   **Stake / Unstake Window — Thursday 09:00 UTC → Friday 09:00 UTC (24 h):** Deposit/Withdraw your LP tokens during this period
    
*   **Strategy Period — Friday 09:00 UTC → Thursday 09:00 UTC (144 h):** Vaults deploy capital, route, rebalance, and compound rewards.
    

### Beta Vault Features

*   **Reward Maximizer:** Each vault specializes in one LP pair for simplicity and precision.
    
*   **Multi-Protocol Routing:** Stakes to Infrared, Berahub, Bearn, or Stride—whichever delivers the top APR for your pair.
    
*   **Auto-Compounding:** Daily reinvestment of liquid-staking rewards (iBGT, LBGT, yBGT, stBGT, or base BGT).
    
*   **Dynamic Rebalancing:** Multi-sig transactions rebalance positions every 24 hours based on APR and liquidity.
    
*   **Performance Fee:** 6.9% on net rewards funding protocol growth.
    

### Protocol Points → Token Rewards for Beta Vault LPs

When the **Beta Vault** stakes your LP tokens (iBGT, LBGT, etc.) in integrated protocols like **Infrared**, it quietly earns each protocol’s reward points on your behalf. After the protocol’s TGE, the vault receives the resulting token airdrop and redistributes those tokens retroactively to Beta Vault LPs, proportional to each depositor’s time‑weighted position.
