首先要准备一个aptos钱包。 目前有三个比较热门的钱包可以选者。可以自己选一个. 个人建议小白可以使用pontem 钱包 1)pontem https://pontem.network/pontem-wallet 2)martian https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/martian-aptos-sui-wallet/efbglgofoippbgcjepnhiblaibcnclgk 3)petra https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/petra-aptos-wallet/ejjladinnckdgjemekebdpeokbikhfci 下载后，在开通钱包后记得把secret phrase 存起来。 第一步，把钱存去aptos钱包 ， 通过以下链接。用metamask钱包把钱跨去aptos. 在这里你可以选择不同的链接包括： arbitrum ,op ,bsc(需要bnb做gas) , polygon (需要matic做gas) 。这几条链都是很便宜gas https://theaptosbridge.com/bridge在跨链成功后。 就可以看到余额在钱包里面开始互交任务了 1）pontem的liquidswap https://liquidswap.com/ 这个主要做swap 。可以把你的钱先swap去apt代币，因为要付gas 或者swap其他代币2）第二个就是 amnis finance 主要是提供流动性。就是mint and stake apt token 如图下 https://stake.amnis.finance/retroactive 输入apt数量然后点击mint and stake3)aries market 这个主要是做借贷 https://app.ariesmarkets.xyz/lending 如图所示，下面有多种代币可以做借贷，可以直接选择把apt做借贷。有可以选择usdc ,usdt or weth4)nft market wapal ,mercato and topaz 这里有三个aptos nft交易市场。可以去其中1-2间做买卖nft. 找便宜的nft 买就可以了 https://wapal.io/ https://www.mercato.xyz/?tab=trending https://www.topaz.so/5）最后一部分，就是参与他们的社区活动 https://forum.aptosfoundation.org/ 可以用discord 或者email注册他们的账号 然后在页面左上角点击more > badges在这里手记他们的badge ,大概收集4-5个就可以了。 如果不懂得收集哪几个。 比较简单的就是 autobographer, first emoji,first like ,first quote ,first share and read guidelines做完以上任务，记得加入他们discord 就完成了 https://discord.com/invite/aptosnetwork 谢谢
