It's been a busy month, and so many things have happened my head is spinning. I hope YAll be digging on da BIGCOMICS. 17 1:20 AM • Jul 15, 2025 When I helped start this digital art movement a few years back, it's awesome to see people from all walks of life jumping in, and seeing how they can share and support the art in different ways. The connection between art and shaping culture continues to grow, with seeds being planted everyday they grow into beautiful trees. What's the current trends of art on the internet? Well, it's been a bit of all over the place the past few years. The vision for a freer internet and freer world gets diluted by all of the companies who sell their innovative blockchain products to traditional companies who simply shut down the competition, stifle innovation and monopolize. I've held fast in my belief of the power cryptoart, more specifically in superrare, in which we helped start it all. A piece was sold on the open market, a major milestone and significant piece of work that was showcased alongside giants. The piece was sold at a very small sum to it's worth, as we can see market participants are currently absorbed in mainstream narratives that may last a week or so. So we can see major opportunities exist for those that do not follow the current trends and fads that are headlined by new age media outlets that seem stifle innovation by reporting only on their economic incentives, and we find and unlock real value in the longevity of the timeless work of art. Humorously in ethereum, this reminds me also of my journeys in understanding and exploring the blockspace with my art, and we can find different levels of understanding which also serve specific narratives. So it's fitting that this work continues to speak about the capabilities of the blockchain, yet how it still has yet to advance beyond it's speculative nature.
