In this may, the company had closed the Series A Round successfully with $24 million raised. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and a16z, Pantera Capital and FTX Ventures played their roles as investors.How’s the Community?DuskBreakers officially joined Twitter in the third quarter last year. During the course of 10 months, the team had only managed to accumulate 15k fans. Taking the scale of their Twitter fan base into account, the engagement performance can be considered as moderate with the average number received in each tweet around 30 to 50. The last AMA session they hosted on May 27th also has around 141 real-time listeners. Despite the small scale of their communities, their fan base is fairly organic. There are 74 whales among their 15k followers. Since June, the team has not been focusing on the operation of their Twitter account with a complete dead silence from June 10 to June 14 and still counting. Their Discord community engagement renders the same situation. Although the Mods in their community are pretty active and address their members' questions quite promptly, there is simply not that much chatting in the channel. The mods are putting in some effort in improving the vibe, the effect has been barely discernible in the community.How’s the Market Performance？To prevent the NFTs from falling into the wrong hands, DuskBreakers NFT deployed a fun play-to-mint mechanism with a low gas cost, high bot security. The first 10,000 Genesis NFTs were sold out in 6 days.Currently, the floor price of Breakers sits at 0.228 ETH (Around $270). with around 2900 unique holders and a total sale volume of 3200 ETH (Around $3.84 million). On May 17th, the team revealed that they had successfully raised 24 million dollars for their company. Thus caused the sudden rise in the number of transactions with over 220 sales in just one day.
