We humans can be sometimes too busy. We think that too much is important and we just keep going on. But what is more important than your health, Family and friends? Is every thing else really so important or do you create a life where you think everything is so important?

While I travel around the world I see too much stress. Yes I understand you need money to live but don’t forget to slow down and live in the moment. On the end this moment is the only thing you got.
