The fund was proposed by Clanker creator, `@dish`, and is actively stewarded by the `@gmfarcaster` team, with trust and support from `@rish` and the Neynar team. Rather than funding speculative ideas, the CEF is designed to empower active creators. BizarreBeasts was awarded the **Sustainability Grant** ($1,000 USDC).
