My mama landing in a helicopter.” - Tyler the Creator** ### **Weekly Random Acts of Evolution** This week’s act of evolution comes again from the conversation between **Joey Badass** and **19Keys** that came out last week**.** Previously, we covered the plant analogy shared by Joey but this time we wanted to highlight the conversation of “**Abundance Mindstate**” shared between the two at the 1 hour and 53 min mark. Joey highlights how he lives in a mindstate where there is an infinite amount of opportunity and Keys describes it as a trust fund relationship with God where different rewards will be unlocked upon reaching different levels of ascension. I live by this concept as well on a daily basis as I feel there is a daily desire to check boxes and complete my goals. By doing so, the emotion of accomplishment alone is proof that I will be unlocking more value and opportunity in the future. ### **Between Space and Time** This week’s tech topic is Mass adoption of Web 3 and one of the key hindrances to date. **Wallets!!!** It is hard enough for people to remember their password, so I know we are not about do 12-word seed phrase for some “fake” money and jpegs. This is the audience that needs to be convinced. So how can it be made more easier to onboard the massess. Well, luckily services like a [**Cross Mint**](https://www.crossmint.com/) and [**Magic**](https://magic.link/) can solve this with **Email/Custodial Wallets.** Non-Custodial wallets are the safest route to go but from an onboarding standpoint (especially for NFTs), bringing your customes into a custodial situation where they can offramp later (as they wish) is also option. This eliminates the apprehension upfront of having to deal with scary passwords and weird addresses (as I have been told). Check out a sample scenario from Magic below. With this option, we can bring some of the following use cases to life quickly: * NFT Claims via QR Codes * Phygital Products * In-app digital certificates for physical products * Web 3 Loyalty ( a deeper topic we’ll cover on another day) * Issue tickets, discounts, etc. The point to get them into the door and start their journey. These options make it feasible for a wider audience and then you grow from there. We’ll cover the growing part when we get into Web 3 Loyalty next week. ### **Aesthetics of the week** This week I spent some time taking **Touch Designer** for a spin. Touch Designer uses programmatic nodes to create generative art. The entire video is in Korean so it took a bit to follow but I definitely love the outcome of what I was able to produce. I am definitely a fan! ### **Gentei Kaijou** This week we have a newcomer to the **Gentei Kaijou** series, DA LAMA himself. We went to the movies this weekend to see the 4th installation of John Wick.
