### **Weekly Random Acts of Evolution**

Last week, we covered the Avoidant blindspots. Along that, we have Fearful Avoidants who possess both sides of anxious and avoidant attachment styles but are triggered in and out of each style that makes them disorganized or confused. They are not necessary completely removed from the idea of emotion attachment but the sight of it can be disorienting.

This video highlights that the biggest challenge is the lack of balance and trust. Communication is also key as it allows for people/situations around you to understand the hot and cold mood swings you may move through.

That is the part that will take time because until you recognize it in yourself, how can you communicate it to someone else.

### **Between Space and Time**

Last week, we discussed the value of the $Path token in our ecosystem. On the surface, it is no different from traditional loyalty programs but going into detail, it is important to understand how the Blockchain actually services this.

1. Consensus and Transparency are cornerstones of ensure the corresponding customer can indeed spend these points. On top of that, it can be costly to a business to manage the downsides of not being to able to identify when a reward is spent.

2. That cost is one side and there is cost with the validation itself. With on-chain data, there is less need for overhead cost on managing that.

3. Lastly, looking forward, it allows for decentralized exchange of value between parties which can allow reward holders to sell their points because at the end of the day, they are not actually moving the points, they are moving they owner of the keys associated to the points stating who can spend it (sign to trigger an transaction)

Understanding these principles are not only important for Cryptocurrencies/NFTs which are the most explored but can also lend to the tokenization of loyalty as we look to explore with Pathsynch. Learn more [**here.**](https://pathsynch.com/)

### **Aesthetics of the week**

This week’s Aesthetics is dating back to a piece I saw in the MoMA last month. This is generative AI Art piece that take the colors from all the art in the MoMA and maps it against sleeping brainwave data.

Refik Anadol is the artist behind this and this week it was officially purchased into the MoMA collection.

**“Getting Organized” - Monroe**

“Fearful-avoidant attachment style, also known as disorganized attachment, is characterized by a combination of anxious and avoidant tendencies. Individuals with this attachment style may have a fear of intimacy and may struggle with forming close, trusting relationships. However, it is possible for someone with a fearful-avoidant attachment style to become more secure over time. Here are some strategies that may help:

1. **Self-awareness:**

    * Understand your attachment style and how it may be influencing your relationships. Recognize the patterns of behavior and emotions associated with fearful-avoidant attachment.

2. **Therapy and Counseling:**

    * Seek the guidance of a therapist or counselor who specializes in attachment theory. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore and understand your attachment patterns, identify the root causes, and work towards building more secure attachment.

3. **Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation:**

    * Practice mindfulness to become more aware of your emotions and reactions in the present moment. Develop healthy ways to regulate your emotions, reducing impulsive and reactive behaviors.

4. **Develop Trust:**

    * Gradually challenge and reframe negative beliefs about relationships and trust. Work on building trust incrementally in your relationships. This may involve taking small risks and observing positive outcomes.

5. **Communication Skills:**

    * Learn and practice effective communication skills. Being able to express your needs, feelings, and concerns in a clear and assertive manner can improve the quality of your relationships.

6. **Set Boundaries:**

    * Establish and communicate personal boundaries. Understand that setting boundaries is not about avoiding intimacy but about creating a healthy space for yourself within the relationship.

7. **Build Positive Experiences:**

    * Actively engage in positive and enjoyable experiences with others. Building positive memories and associations in relationships can help counteract negative attachment patterns.

Remember that everyone's journey towards developing a more secure attachment style is unique. If needed, seek professional guidance to help navigate this process. A therapist or counselor can provide personalized strategies and support based on your specific circumstances.”

### **Chaotic Vibrations**

This year I am definitely giving Hip Hop to the UK. I’ve been bumping this track all week. Not much to say about it but check it out.

Until next time, keep on seeking balance!
