### **Weekly Random Acts of Evolution**

Over these next 3 weeks, we will be winding down Sun Rae’s. The year-long journey has been interesting for me to explore how my content can change over a year and the downstream impact on my creative side.

Wrapping up the last few weeks of exploring attachment styles, we are going to discuss how a secure individual can support their partner in a relationship. A lot of people claim to be secure but it is not until you are triggered and then you see a side of yourself that you swore you had on lock. This is the reason I spent the last few weeks highlighting the blind sides that trip you back into that loop.

Real security doesn’t get tripped back into the struggle but at the same time, secured individuals are able to notice others’ insecure attachment and not fault them for it. It doesn’t mean they encourage co-dependency but they have an understanding.

We’ll focus on the relationship between a secure and an anxious individual this week.

The anxious attachment is most obvious when their partner starts to pull away. Understanding this, a secure individual would be proactive in their communication to inform why the space is being created.

It is not solely on the secure individual but this opens the door for balancing the emotional response. From there, it would also be on the anxious individual to respect the space and derive patterns from the proactive communication.

### **Between Space and Time**

For the last 2 weeks, I have gone down the rabbit hole of the ditch the U.S. Government has dug with the raising of interest rates and what may happen to course correct. This is not necessarily tech related but there is a case for Bitcoin so I wanted to highlight this. The Federal Reserve has raised interest rates 3-5% over the last year, consistently and incrementally month over month. Thinking the market would slowly dial in a soft landing off the run during the Pandemic without crippling the productivity of the people may not look like the case and what will the government do to put the air back into the economy. They vowed not to turn the money printers back on but these two videos highlight the crossroads we are at and why this presents an excellent case for Bitcoin.

I am not a financial advisor and this is not financial advice. Watching videos about Macroeconomics this weekend has opened my eyes to the levers that we don’t hear on a daily basis. When you realize that the nation’s debt and all the parties tied to that not falling apart, the resurgence of printing more money may not be so farfetched especially when you realize that these are people making decisions based on what has worked in the past.

We’ll see what happens over the next 14 months.

### **Aesthetics of the week**

This week’s Aesthetics is from an activation I got the chance to be a part of last week. The Painted Playlist combined a unique playlist combined with the ability for participants to see themselves in an album cover of their choice. Below is what people had to choose from.

From the above, you can derive some data insights into what albums people are drawn to. This can dovetail into an opportunity to have a conversation and other downstream activations. I’ve been highlighting Skylark and this is further proof for a connected value stream to be created.

### **Chaotic Explorations**

This week, we are revisiting a site I’ve shared in the past, Third Web. They recently (re) launched their Wallet Connect feature

* [**Third Web 3 Wallet Connect**](https://portal.thirdweb.com/react/connecting-wallets) - Build Web 2 logins with Web 3 backends. Allow users to select a wallet or connect a Web 2 login to an ERC-4337 Smart Wallet or even CrossMint.

**“Establish a Routine” - Monroe**

“Creating a safe and secure environment for an anxious partner is crucial for fostering a healthy relationship. Here are ten ways in which secure individuals can help an anxious partner feel safe:

1. **Clear and Open Communication:**

    * Foster open communication where both partners feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings.

    * Be clear about your intentions, and encourage your anxious partner to share their concerns without fear of judgment.

2. **Consistent Reassurance:**

    * Provide consistent reassurance about your commitment to the relationship. Reiterate your love and support to help alleviate their fears of abandonment.

3. **Reliability and Consistency:**

    * Demonstrate reliability by consistently following through on your commitments. This builds a sense of trust and security for the anxious partner.

4. **Create Predictability:**

    * Establish routines and create a predictable environment. Predictability can be comforting for individuals with anxiety, as it reduces uncertainty.

5. **Active Listening:**

    * Practice active listening to show that you genuinely care about their thoughts and feelings. Reflecting on what they say and validating their emotions can be very reassuring.

6. **Be Patient and Understanding:**

    * Recognize that anxiety can be challenging, and be patient with your partner. Understand their triggers and work together to navigate them.

7. **Encourage Self-Care:**

    * Support their self-care efforts. Encourage activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, and participate in self-care routines together.

8. **Establish Boundaries:**

    * Clearly communicate and respect each other's boundaries. This helps create a sense of safety by ensuring that both partners feel comfortable and respected.

9. **Educate Yourself:**

    * Take the time to educate yourself about anxiety and its various manifestations. This can help you understand your partner's experience better and respond more effectively.

Remember that each person is unique, and what works for one individual may not work for another. It's essential to communicate openly, be responsive to your partner's needs, and work together to create a relationship environment that feels safe and supportive for both individuals.”

### **Chaotic Vibrations**

Staying in the vein of Hip Hop, we are bringing it back to the US. The supposed rumors of beef between Rick Ross and Meek Mill have been put to bed. This is the first single from their joint album to drop later this year.

With 2 more weeks left in the Sun Rae journey, I plan on building a compilation of the tracks that got me through the last year. Stay tuned for that.

Until next time, keep on seeking balance!
