This year I’ve decided to start reading 30 minutes a day. When you have the right book, that is more than enough to catch some gems. Currently, I am reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. The current chapter I am reading highlights the importance of Environmental Design to driving habits. From the pic below, you can see how food marts which typically have candy upfront, when switched with water, there was an increase in water sales.40Seventh.eth (🐧, 🐅) @Sidetrackd_ Environmental Design is so key! Reading Atomic Habits has been a dope experience!4:54 AM ∙ Jan 10, 2023 People tend to use these hues to develop habits. Whatever you place up front is bound to be grabbed/desired at check-out. Using the same notion, I have engineered my home with all of my favorite activities in an easily accessible manner. For instance, my easel is set up at all times with an in-progress canvas so I am always reminded of my desire to draw. Doing this and noticing the difference has been so amazing in the last 3 months. It is the direct representation of what James Clear described and when you can feel it in real-time, it is amazing.Between Space and TimeThis week I accomplished two firsts. My first time going to CES and going to Vegas. It was a little difficult not knowing which one to focus my mind on for the 4 days of non-stop stimulation but for the sake of this post, let’s focus on the Tech! Below I have outlined some of my highlight experiences. In all, I must say it was a great time. Vegas is a magical place. As I write this, I am still trying to recover from the sensory overload. lol Key Highlights of CES:I was working the event as an exhibitor. We had a great reception for our Web 3 CRM solution presentation! In our same area was an exhibit for the Hardt Hyperloop. I got the chance to see what it would be like to ride the hyperloop via Microsoft’s Holo-Lens.There was also a Snap AR Mirror on display which made for an interesting look into the future of consumer mirrors.Got the chance to visit Omega Mart and the VU for some mixed-media exhibits. On the last day, I took some time to see the main floor. Sony, Samsung, and LG all had a strong showing but my favorite experience goes to the BMW Dee and i7. The BMW Dee is the next-gen of the in-car assistant. Personifying the in-car experience and allowing for drivers to customize the range of their digital experience. The i7 is a competitor to the Mercedes EQS and Porsche Taycan. Getting to test drive it, I had a hell of a time!Brand looking forward to the most: LG!They had the best presentation of all the in-home tech to come! Aesthetics of the weekThis week’s art aesthetic comes from NesFox. I came across this Twitter and the art is amazing.NesRox @nes_rox “Sky-Bound Spirit”12:16 AM ∙ Jan 6, 20232,862Likes519RetweetsChaotic ExplorationsHere are some cool resources I’ve found for the weekSample ChatGPT PromptsBrand Manufacturers - Part 1Brand Manufacturers - Part 2Gentei KaijouThis week, we got Mori in the house!!! He’s being featured on Takumi’s album, “Force of Nature”. We asked him what it is like to collaborate in Hip Hop today. Things have changed and Mori is here to share his opinion.“Peace King! There’s definitely a difference in collaborating today. A bit hard to explain but alright, here goes nothing! Collaborating on music today is a wild ride Gotta stay on your toes, keep your eyes open wide Got producers, DJs, and rappers all in one space Trying to create something that can take off and race Gone are the days of just sitting down with a pen and pad Now it's all about the clicks and the beats, and the tracks that you had But it's not just about the technology, it's about the people too Finding the right fit, the right flow, it can be quite the pursuit But when it all comes together, it's a beautiful thing Watching a track come to life, it can give your heart wings So don't be afraid to reach out and collaborate Who knows, you might just create something that's great!”Clumsy King Dropping Gems40Seventh.eth (🐧, 🐅) @Sidetrackd_ #EvolveDaily Waking up is a blessing in itself to get the opportunity to do things4:52 AM ∙ Jan 10, 2023Chaotic VibrationsReminisced this week about the Dreamville Revenge album from 2019. I feel it was highly underrated. This was the Avengers level of albums for me. One standout track was “PTSD”. Enjoy! Until next time, keep on seeking balance!
