### Here is how it will work:

*   100 Mints of Tyler Hobbs’ Incomplete Control
    
*   ArtBlocks Playground Project
    
*   Minting IRL only at Bright Moments NY, 150 Wooster Street
    
*   Four evening sessions: December 9, 10, 11, 12
    
*   Each mint requires a Golden Token mint pass
    
*   1 IRL mint per person
    
*   Ticketing starts on Friday October 22 at Noon ET:
    
    *   50 Golden Tokens will be available for purchase here via a Dutch auction.
        
    *   50 Golden Tokens will be reserved to purchase at a 50% discount to the last Dutch auction price.
        
    *   Options to purchase these Golden Tokens will be randomly distributed to holders of Fidenzas and CryptoCitizens ([CryptoVenetians](https://www.artblocks.io/project/95) + CryptoNewYorkers) on Friday, November 5 Noon ET as follows:
        
        *   24 options to Fidenza holders
            
        *   23 options to CryptoCitizen holders
            
        *   2 options to Bright Moments DAO Treasury
            
        *   1 option to Tyler Hobbs
            
*   The holder snapshot for the random distribution of options will be taken on Friday, November 5 at 9a ET.
    
*   Minting order will be chosen by token holders in order of token number.

*   **Golden Token Mint Passes via Dutch Auction**
    
    *   The auction will last 90 min.
        
    *   Every 5 minutes the price will decline.
        
    *   Starting price is 500 ETH, ending price is 5 ETH.
        
    *   There will be a limit of 1 mint per ETH wallet
        
*   **Options to Purchase Golden Tokens at a Discounted Fixed Price**
    
    *   Allocation:
        
        *   24 options to purchase Golden Tokens will be randomly distributed to Fidenza holders, snapshot to be taken on Friday, November 5 at 9a ET.
            
            *   Each Fidenza NFT grants the holder an equal chance of being selected.
                
            *   Holding multiple Fidenzas improves one’s chances of being selected.
                
        *   23 options to purchase Golden Tokens will be randomly distributed to CryptoCitizen holders, snapshot to be taken on Friday, November 5 at 9a ET.
            
            *   Each CryptoCitizen NFT grants the holder an equal chance of being selected.
                
            *   Holding multiple CryptoCitizens improves one’s chances of being selected.
                
        *   2 options to purchase Golden Tokens will be distributed to the Bright Moments DAO Treasury
            
        *   1 option to purchase a Golden Token will be distributed to Tyler Hobbs
            
    *   Holders of Fidenzas and CryptoCitizens must claim their option to purchase by Friday, November 19 11:59 PM ET. If this option isn’t claimed by Friday November 19 11:59 PM ET, then it will be redistributed to the qualified pool of token-holders.
        
    *   This is NOT a giveaway: winners will have an option to purchase a Golden Tokens at a 50% discount to the market clearing price determined by the Dutch auction.
        
    *   If the option to purchase a Golden Tokens is not exercised by Friday, December 3 11:59 PM ET, then any unclaimed Golden Tokens will be sent back to the project for redistribution.
