# My diet

I was at the gym yesterday, and today i making protein cocktail to rehydrate myself. If you're scared to make something for yourself, just visit the dietician and make your own supplement from vegetables, organic fruit, wheats or whole grains.

There are two types of diet. One is everyday diet, the other is diet of emergency.

Daily Diet:

Food:

Broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, bananas, peppers, coconut, butternut squash

Beans, pears, oatmeal

Organic fruits, veggies, cheese

Natural cereals, organic meats

Dairy products

Fruit juices

Seafood, vegetables, dairy, pasta

Emergency Diet:

Food:

Soy milk

Soy beans

Seafood, vegetables

Broccoli

Bread

Brown rice

Blueberries

Oatmeal

Ice cream

Vegetables

Cheerios

Those are my favorite foods. I personally love me some chicken and pasta, but I also like some tofu and rice.

Some of my favorite foods are beef, fish, chicken and tuna, but I don't have much of a taste for turkey.

Everything starts from food. We need vegetables to stay strong, and protein for building muscles. We need fatty foods to make ourselves look slim.

After your workout, go back to your office and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables for your body to recover. The best diet for people who are working out
