From buying a concert ticket to planning for your dream holidays, we all have aspirations but how do we actually accomplish them? **Savings!**

Things get tricky though when it comes to deciding what savings **you invest**. Needless to say, this is especially true when considering volatile assets like cryptocurrencies, given the risk of losing…well… your entire investment.

### This is where Buckets comes into play. We are building a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) app that lets you choose investments based on your goals.

[Buckets](https://www.buckets.digital) is a non-custodial fintech savings platform that redirects users to appropriate digital assets investment strategies based on their personal financial objectives.

The founding team wants to provide easy access to the new range of opportunities enabled by blockchains. This requires **intuitive interfaces**, **one-click features**, and an **enjoyable user experience overall**. The vision is achieved with a range of products, including:

*   tokens-powered saving games
    
*   a yield aggregator allowing the optimization of returns with respect to fees

**Our mission is to help people save more money** by automating parts of the investment process with smart contracts and providing a fun and gamified experience. We have a proprietary algorithm that allocates savings into goals and assesses the suitability of investments.

Buckets helps in 3 ways:

1.  It provides measures of investment suitability and risks that the user can adopt and interpret
    
2.  It benefits from blockchain technology with transparent and cheap transactions, as well as no custody (you keep control of your assets!)
    
3.  It improves the saving experience with well-designed tokenomics for the gamification of personal finances
