Everyone's talking about migration as Bali makes Layer 2 migration a reality for DAOs built on the Builder protocol on mainnet. Builder DAO is even about to make the jump, with a proposal pending to bridge to Base. But, it's not all settled yet – there's a bit of a debate on whether Base network is the right call.
