# EigenLayer 测试网指南

1.  索取一些 gETH： [https://goerlifaucet.com](https://goerlifaucet.com)
    
2.  将Metamask上的网络设置为“Goerli test network”。
    
3.  连接： [https://testnet.rocketpool.net](https://testnet.rocketpool.net) （图示1）
    
4.  为 rETH 质押一些 gETH。
    
5.  通过单击将 rETH 添加到 Metamask。
    
6.  现在对于 stETH，发送一些 gETH 到这个地址： 0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F
