# 意大利发布针对加密公司的反洗钱新规

据CoinDesk报道，意大利于近日发布公报声明，该国已经公布了针对加密货币公司的反洗钱（AML）新规。据悉，这些规则在1月获得批准，概述了虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）的注册和报告要求，与欧盟第五项反洗钱指令和金融行动特别工作组（FATF）对加密货币公司的指导方针相一致。根据该条款，来自其他欧盟国家的任何VASP必须在意大利有一个常设机构，或稳定组织，才能注册为经批准的VASP。
