# what are spermfers?

1,000 based spermfers dropped on mothersday 5/12/2024.

Spermfers is a tribute to and representation of mfers planting their seeds in the world.

unofficial mfermigos is/was my first mfer derivative. I decided to airdrop them instead of a claim because it literally cost me less to airdrop all 105 addresses then it would have cost for 1 wallet to mint 1 nft with the hidden fees through the minting platform (even on base), only a couple bucks but still.

If you held unofficial mfermigos on the 5/12/24 holder snapshot you got the airdrop:

*   1-10 mfmigo = 1 spermfer, 11-20 = 2, 21-30 = 3, etc.
    
*   total airdrop allocation concluded at 174/1,000 spermfers.
    

The remainder of the unminted supply was allocated in an allowlist for unofficial mfermigos and mfers by sartoshi, and remaining went to public.

This was a one day mint. anything that didn’t mint was force-minted to be sent around for fun and to shared with mfers.
