12 月 29 日，海南省政府于近日印发《海南省创建国家区块链试验区实施方案》，对海南区块链发展提出明确的目标要求。该方案提出，到 2025 年，海南国家区块链试验区建设取得显著成效，区块链发展水平走在全国前列，国际影响力明显提升，培育有国际竞争力的「名品」和「名企」
