Hired to plan, research and develop Fosters main in house CRM system using the latest technology and security. I was solely responsible for the development and end-user support.

It quickly became one of the main used software across all departments from Call Center to Will writers and Marketing.

Built various tools into the system which supported:

*   call centre booking appointments
    
*   predicting drive time and availability
    
*   Generating and managing MI Reports
    
*   Processing sales
    
*   Payments
    
*   white label solution used by over 30 Independent funeral directors
    

Worked closely in the training of staff, rollout and accounts.
