Binance tweeted: “BTC withdrawals are now resumed on Binance. Pending transactions are being processed by replacing them with higher transaction fees. Once these outstanding transactions are all processed, we will issue another UPDATE. To prevent a similar situation from happening again in the future, we have adjusted the fees. We will continue to monitor on-chain activity and adjust accordingly if needed. Our team has also been working on enabling BTC Lightning Network withdrawals, which will be available at help in this situation.”
