โดย code บางส่วนนั้นเป็น code ที่เคยถูก exploit ก่อนหน้านี้มารอบนึงแล้ว มีคนตั้งข้อสังเกตว่าไม่ได้ audit ก่อนทำการอัพเกรด  
  
..... ล่าสุด! ทีมแจ้งว่าได้ปิดการใช้งาน smart contract ที่มีปัญหาทั้งหมดแล้ว และกลับมาใช้งานได้ปกติ ขณะเดียวกันยังไม่มีการแจ้งเรื่องการเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ
