The readme documentation for the territory module was updated to improve the developer experience.CESS CD²N Network order and credit mechanisms were improved, optimizing conditional checks and interactions between nodes to foster healthy collaboration and orderly cache transactions.DeShare was upgraded to increase file transfer speed and stability and implemented off-chain backup for user metadata to ensure seamless data migration during testnet iterations.CESS discussed The Role of Data in Shaping Web3: Opportunities and Challenges with leading experts.CESS and the Genzio Media team co-hosted a space to recap the highlights of IVSCrypto2024, discussing the latest trends in AI, DePIN, and more.Project Development DetailsThe CESS testnet has been updated to v0.7.6 and consists of a consensus node and a storage node. Consensus Node maintains the world state of the CESS network (by CESS Node) and serves as the “data authentication station” (by TEE Worker). Storage Node provides verifiable storage space and serves as the “data storage pool” in the CESS network.Consensus Node [v0.7.6]Enhanced the CDN network caching node work reward protocol EVM smart contract order mechanism, which now automatically deletes expired and claimed orders.Fixed an issue where TEE Worker could not synchronize and verify blocks after running the DCAP remote authentication mode.Improved the CESS Node territory module with lifecycle management and expiration checks.Updated the readme documentation for the CESS Node territory module, detailing the functions and usage of each RPC interface.CESS is a blockchain powered decentralized storage and CD²N (content decentralized delivery network) infrastructure for Web3. By utilizing a DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure network) model, CESS drives mass deployment of network nodes globally through incentives. The first of its kind, DeOSS (decentralized object storage services) by CESS has significantly contributed to the gradual enrichment and flourishing of the product ecosystem within the CESS network, DeShare (online file sharing tool), and public chain snapshot storage services have been incubated. The developments for this month are as follows: Decentralized Object Storage Service (DeOSS)Refactored the CDN component library to make the code structure and reference logic of light cache nodes clearer, preparing for future upgrades and expansions.Enhanced the credit mechanism of lightweight cache clients to facilitate establishing stable cooperative relationships with nearby cache nodes.Improved the cache order mechanism by adding conditional checks between buyers and sellers of cache services to promote orderly transactions.Online File Sharing Tool (DeShare):Improved DeShare for faster and more stable file transfers, effectively enhancing user experience.Implemented off-chain backup for user file metadata in DeShare, supporting seamless data migration during testnet iterations.CESS Website (cess.cloud):Completed the development of new versions of event pages and related front-end business logic on the official website.TestnetOverview:165 days after the v0.7.6 testnet was launched. More details on CESS blockchain explorer. If you encounter any issues building a node, please seek assistance on CESS Discord.29 consensus nodes9,133 storage nodes22.61 PiB verified storage space30.47 PiB total storage spaceEvent: The miner reward event for the CESS testnet continued as storage and consensus miners can earn points by participating. The ongoing miner reward event in the CESS testnet incentivizes participation from storage and consensus miners, allowing them to earn points while contributing to the network’s growth and development.Community ActivitiesCESS hosted an exciting Space discussion on “The Role of Data in Shaping Web3: Opportunities and Challenges,” featuring Joseph, Co-founder of CESS; Runze Li, Global Research Head of DePIN X; Jack, Business Developer of Port3 Network; Anjali, Marketing Head of Cluster Protocol; and Faijan Khan, Chief Architect of BayesianBAYE.CESS and Genzio Media team co-hosted a space to recap the highlights of IVSCrypto2024, discussing the latest trends in AI, DePIN, and more with Domi Chain, Kayla Cardillo, and Hash Ai.Join usCESS website | Twitter | Telegram | Discord | Github | Medium | LinkedIn | Instagram | YouTube | Facebook ## Publication Information - [CESS_Network](https://paragraph.com/@cess-network/): Publication homepage - [All Posts](https://paragraph.com/@cess-network/): More posts from this publication - [RSS Feed](https://api.paragraph.com/blogs/rss/@cess-network): Subscribe to updates
