Cetus Finance members who have been assigned the “**WL**” role **will be allowed** to **participate** in a **private presale** that will happen the **21st September**.

The **Maximum** participation **per whitelist** will be **1 ETH**, for a total **hard-cap** of **150 ETH**.

_As previously stated_, _Cetus Finance is, as previously said, an innovative initiative heavily influenced by the mechanics of Liquid Finance._ We **understand** the **concerns** and **worries** that some investors have that is why we are finding the **best** **options** to keep the project **safe**:

*   To **Assist** our **Presale**, a **(3/3)** **multisig** will be used, which will include **two team members** (Gizen, 0xAtlas), as well as a **trustworthy community member** !
    
*   An **Incensitivized Testnet** will be **active** **prior** to the **launch** to provide each participant the chance to become **familiar** with the _protocol's internal dynamics_. **Testing** and **reporting** issues will result in **rewards** for a _chosen number of people_ !
