An address on the BNB Chain minted more than $1 billion of pGALA tokens out of thin air and sold it on PancakeSwap to make a profit, causing GALA to drop by more than 20% in a short period of time.
The multi-link protocol pNetwork stated on Twitter that the pGALA contract on the BNB Chain needs to be redeployed due to a misconfiguration of the cross-chain bridge. It is currently working with the Gala Games team and PancakeSwap to obtain the user’s pGALA account balance and restore the function of deposit and withdrawal.
