Project Name: Shell Protocol Author Name: Cairo Smith (on behalf of the Shell Protocol toucan community) Number of COLLAB tokens requested: 2,109,242 Recipient Address: 0xa23754e9f9c5Be3fe68336c7e2F81ced34539819 Proposal for token distribution:COLLAB tokens will be bridged to Arbitrum and distributed in three ways according to our Government Toucan community vote. 20% will be used to provide liquidity for a Proteus trading pool, connecting COLLAB to the Shell liquidity network. 60% will be distributed to Government Toucan NFT holders, with each toucan NFT receiving an equal amount of COLLAB. The last 20% will be distributed to Shell Points holders based on the number of points accrued. Distribution to toucan holders and Shell Points holders will be based on a future snapshot. This distribution will occur within one month after the Shell core team receives our COLLAB allocation. We anticipate this distribution will directly reach approximately 40,000 users, and will provide useful liquidity for every user of Shell. This distribution rewards Shell users who have been active in the community, holding NFT's and earning roles through Collab.Land. Tokens will be held on a team hardware wallet until distribution.
