Taking a short winter sleep felt goodโ€”though coming back on Monday was a little painful, especially with the city so beautifully covered in a white blanket. January, however, brings fresh energy. At the end of the month weโ€™re welcoming a large and vibrant community of open-source developers and community builders to the Hub. From **January 26th to February 6th**, weโ€™re hosting the [**Open Source Village**](https://opensourcevillage.org), creating a dedicated village around the annual [FOSDEM 2026](https://fosdem.org/2026/)โ€”the biggest open-source meetup in Europe. Expect a rich program of meetups and workshops, plus access to coworking space throughout the period.
