# November newsletter *Are we on track?* By [Commons Hub Brussels](https://paragraph.com/@commonshub_bxl) · 2025-10-31 #community, #commons, #healing, #tech, #ai, #web3 --- October was an incredibly busy — and rewarding — month. With so many bookings and events, we finally reached break-even in both September and October, and November is already looking strong. At the end of October, we hosted our biggest external event yet: [**Zero Waste Europe’s three-day global gathering**](https://zerowasteeurope.eu/2025/10/why-movement-building-matters-a-global-conversation-in-brussels/), fully catered for 160 participants. Their high standards pushed us to raise the bar, leading to the completion of our **first event stewarding handbook** and the coordination of a **12-person volunteer team** who worked tirelessly to support an inspiring group of guests. A huge thank-you to our members — Mathieu, Miriam, Doug, Friedger, Taron, Cédric, Xavier, Leen, Jana, Tomasso, Alain, and Hugo — for making it all happen! A big thank you also to Zero Waste Europe and all other organisations that trust us to support their event with space and care. > By using our space, you make a meaningful, very welcome contribution to our community. This isn’t your typical space: we practice reciprocity and care, keeping things as accessible as possible for those who need it.
