Our goal is to turn our hospitable environment into a launchpad for people who will build the future iteration of the web. A space to bring their imported ideas to life through the community's support. This is why we’ve focused on building beyond the Web3 ecosystems. Below is our list of ingredients of how we'll make it happen. 🍵 10% Sold: ------------ ### Create and launch Tech by Choice’s Black Tax Fund We understand that marginalized groups deal with barriers created by the wealth gap. Excellent documentation of this is the Black Tax. To help remove these barriers, we will donate 40% of our sales at this point to Tech by Choice, which will use these funds to launch a Black Tax Scholarship that will support members of the community who are dealing with these issues. 🍵 25% Sold: ------------ ### Launch Phase One of our Tech Bootcamp At this stage, we’ll be able to help Tech by Choice kick off their 1st phase of launching their Bootcamp. To ensure all those participating in these courses, they will start with hiring and training project managers, teachers, curriculum writers, and teacher assistants in preparations for the full launch of our Bootcamp. During this time, they will create an entire course around web development and a set of 101 workshops on topics that ranges from technical writing to graphic design. 🍵 50% Sold: ------------ ### Kickstart the DAO Being a membership-based nonprofit with a flat org structure, Tech by Choice has a great foundation to become a DAO. Funds raised at this point will go to the org to help them cover legal fees and hire key roles to support Tech by Choice in becoming an on-chain nonprofit. Through these legal changes, the org will be able to find new and inventive ways to live out its mission and values. 🍵 75% Sold: ------------ ### Build the Meta Tea House in the MetaVerse The Meta Tea House has been a key component of our lore (aka our story) because it’s our safe haven for the masses to gather and exchange the knowledge they have collected and grown. As we explore the MetaVerse together, we will build out a digital space to run events and classes. 🍵 100% Sold: ------------- ### Launch the Digital Consulting Agency Phoenixing Many people go down their own tech journey to find a stable job without having to work in a toxic workplace. We’re launching Phoenixing to be a bottom-up company to be just that. The Phoenixing agency will train, mentor, and hire talent from the Tech by Choice community to work with vetted tech companies. To help Tech by Choice become self-sufficient, 20% Of Phoenixing revenue will be donated back to the org to ensure the growth of their programs. ### So you got to the end of this post. Thank you. In the Meta Tea House, getting to the end of a cup means your taste buds have consumed an infusion of earthy delights, leaving just the behind tea leaves. An empty teacup is a true tasseography (tea leaf reading) treat for some. But like many of us who are not skilled in tea divination, we can’t tell the future of a project based on a road map.
