# Web3和区块链有什么关系？

结论区块链是Web3的结算层，相当于Web3的Layer 0.研究路径根据Chainlink的《一文读懂Web3》，可以知道：区块链是Web3的结算层（Settlement Layer）根据 DIDO Wiki 对 Settlement Layer 的解释可知：Settlement Layer 本质上就是 Layer 0.根据Medium文章《Understand Layer 0, 1 and 2 of Blockchain》可知，Layer 0 本质上就是为数据传输提供媒介的基础设施。而所有交易和数据的传输，都建立于区块链网络之上，所以区块链网络可以看作是 Web3 的基础设施，也就是 Layer 0, 也就是 Settlement Layer, 也就是结算层。延伸思考什么是 Layer 1, 什么是 Layer 2？Web3 的各个层级分别是什么？
