Machine-Learning(ML), CortexVirtual Machine(CVM) & Model RepresentationTool(MRT)

ZKML adds new adaptation to CVM, using codegen to generate operator json data ZKML develops circomlib adaptation code ZkRollup Implement zkx (zk for cortex in plonk) type-related libraries (block, tx, op, aggregate, gas, etc.), and pass related single tests. (Compared with zion, the new types: mint\_nft, withdraw\_nft, swap and change pubkey can be authorized by onchain functions, and support eip-1271 sig) The test investigated halo2 related codes (fibonacci circuit), pse version ipa -> kzg (on-chain verification) Refactor the recursive circuit part, pass the basic process test and benchmark. (setup and vk create: 886s, proof for aggregate(proof num:2, depth:3): 1374s)

**ZkRollup**

core/txpool: allow future local transactions fix ws test timeout and other bugs consensus: improve consensus engine definition nit: int->uint64 in GetTxReceipt
