# 美国运通暂停在俄罗斯和白俄罗斯所有业务

当地时间3月6日，[美国运通](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.AXP)公司发声明宣布，暂停在俄罗斯和白俄罗斯的所有业务。

　　声明写道，全球发行的[美国运通](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.AXP)卡将不再能够在任何俄罗斯的商家或ATM机上使用。此外，在俄罗斯当地发行的[银行](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/90.BK0475)卡将不再能够通过[美国运通](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.AXP)全球网络在俄罗斯之外的国家使用。同时，美国运通还将终止在白俄罗斯的所有业务运营。

　　此前，[维萨](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.V)和[万事达](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.MA)卡两家信用卡品牌宣布停止在俄罗斯的业务，将不再支持俄罗斯[银行](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/90.BK0475)发行的、使用[维萨](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.V)和[万事达](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.MA)支付系统的[银行](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/90.BK0475)卡。另外，在俄罗斯境外发行的[维萨](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.V)卡和[万事达](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/106.MA)卡也将无法在俄国内使用。
