# AltLayer第三期测试网教程

**一.重新抵押stETH或者rETH**

**1.用gETH获取stETH**

发送 gETH 到 stETH 合约

发送到 stETH 代币合约地址，换取stETH数量，gETH和sETH差不多是1：1交换

**合约地址：0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F**

在MetaMask 上点击“我理解” 输入您要交换的金额并确认交易 点击下一步 点击确认

添加 0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F 到你的钱包（stETH)

**2.用gETH获取rETH（最低0.01）**

**质 押gETH 数量获取rETH**

(1.)连接钱包

（2.）点击左上角的三条横杠

（3.）然后点击Stake

(4.)输入gETH的数量兑换rETH

添加：0x178E141a0E3b34152f73Ff610437A7bf9B83267A 到您的钱包 (rETH)

3.**质押stETH和rETH（最低0.01）**

(1.)连接钱包

（2.）分别质押stETH和rETH

（3.）先点上图中1.Rocket Pool Ether

（4.）然后在框中输入大于0.01的数量就可以，然后点NEXT就质押成功了

（5.）然后点击2.Lido Staked Ether重复上述1.的操作即可

  
**二.创建Flash层**

1.打开\*\*[https://altitude.altlayer.io/](https://altitude.altlayer.io/)\*\*点击launch app并连接钱包

2.点击左侧create ，右侧勾选restaking trial，点击confirm

3.点击proceed，出现配置界面

4.修改名字（只能用小写字母），其他东西不要改

5.拉到最下面，先点1.Validate address ownership 再点2.Create

6.验证完毕后点击create，就会出现deploying，当deploying变成active就好了

**三.等待快照**
