准备工具：（SOL的插件钱包，科学（T子），和大概100u左右的SOL） **SOL插件钱包链接：**https://phantom.app/ 第一：电脑网页打开MEAN官网 点击右上角链接钱包，选择phantom，就会自动跳出来phantom钱包的授权，选择确定即可。.这时候就能看到，account，我们的账户信息，我这里钱包已经提前存入95＄的SOL备用，没有的话可以去个大交易所买了提到钱包中！50\~100＄都可以。 第二：开始进行交互 我们点击exchange操作：我们用sol去换usdc，这里我兑换了0.25 SOL 的USDC，然后点击approve on your wallet,这时phantom钱包就会跳出来让我们批准这个交易，点击批准。![第三 ：同样的方法，usdc换成sol，sol换成usdt， usdt换成sol。（不要单一的usdc和sol的交互） 交互金额至少大于100＄之上即可。（这里算了一下每次交互的手续费为0.00001SOL） 基本没有消耗。 第四：加入官方的DIS（不和谐，）和关注官方推特，转发，评论置顶的推文。 **DIS（不和谐）链接：https://discord.com/invite/qBKDgm49js\*\* 官方推特连接： https://twitter.com/meanfinance 最后在填写谷歌表单 地址](https://images.mirror-media.xyz/publication-images/YRnMgbuja_7rZ5BhrpEbj.png?height=521&width=345)
