# The Daffodil or the Daisy

Good day everyone,

I hope you are all having a wonderful time. Welcome to CryptoGod-1's blog on all things gaming and literature. Today I would like to share a poem I wrote, something which I found not only to be about the beauty of nature in this world, but also a fascinating symbolism of its simplicity. In a world filled with evil and hatred, devoid of any real decency, there is always the beauty of nature to behold. Hopefully you will enjoy my work :)

The Daffodil or the Daisy
-------------------------

_The daffodil and the daisy,_

_Two flowers of bright array._

_Is it the plant of the Asteraceae family?_

_The plant which finally killed me?_

_Or could it be the brilliant and bulbous plant of the genus?_

_Shining like a bright flame, the one with all that genius._

  

_They grew in a garden's border,_

_Emerging from the dirt with such a tall order._

_Labouring their days within the garden of Eden._

_One oh so innocent, one looking to get even._

  

_The daffodil with its yellow hue,_ 

_A triumphant sense of grace._

_The daisy pure and white,_

_A petal filled embrace._

  

_Its yellow glisten as the harbinger of Spring,_

_While the white delicacy of a daisy signals the warm embrace of Summer._

_Two flowers in perfect harmony,_

_Lead by a misleading asymmetry._

_As winter arrives and their days are outnumbered,_

_A lovely sight to behold, they both slumbered._
